How To Request a hewa.wa.edu.au Email Address
To apply for a hewa.wa.edu.au email address, you will need to complete the online application form. You’ll be asked for your HEWA membership details and, if you have previously been issued a hewa.wa.edu.au email address, any information relating to that account.
Please complete a separate form for each email address you need. If you would like addresses for yourself, your child and/or your partner or spouse, fill in the form once for each person. Please don’t request extra addresses in the notes section, as we can only set up the person named on each form.
Addresses use the format firstname.lastname@hewa.wa.edu.au. If you need a different address, please tell us why in the notes section of the form.
Processing time is usually 1–2 weeks, as each account is created manually and depends on volunteer availability.
Once each address has been created, the login details and instructions on how to access the account will be emailed to the email address listed on your HEWA membership.
