In 2023, we moved all of our memberships over to Zoho subscriptions, and because we changed subscription services, all of the payment information couldn’t be carried over.

So if you were member of HEWA and you’ve found that you no longer have an active subscription, here’s how you can go in and reactivate the subscription yourself using the customer portal.


The first thing you’ll need to do is log on to the customer portal. You can find the URL in your email by searching Zoho portal, or use this link

  1. Click Sign in
  2. Click on your subscriptions.
  3. You’ll see your old cancelled subscription there,
  4. Click on it
  5. Click to Reactivate.
  6. It will ask you to confirm.

Now you are a paid up member of HEWA and you can get all of your discounts for upcoming LEAPS, playgroups, and other events like our Teen Ball and our Year Six graduation.
