Home Education WA’s Year 6 Graduation & Dinner Dance
A celebration for home‑educated students completing their primary years.
The HEWA Year 6 Graduation & Dinner Dance is a formal, family‑centred event designed to honour the achievements of home‑educated students as they complete their primary school journey. This evening includes a sit‑down meal, certificate presentation, and a chance for graduates to celebrate with their chosen adults in a supportive, community‑minded environment.
Who can attend
- Home‑educated students who have reached the end of their primary school years (Year 6)
- One or two adults (parents or other significant adults) — space is limited
- Siblings cannot be catered for at this event
What’s included
- Venue hire
- Buffet meal and unlimited soft drinks
- Certificate presentation, sash, and pin
- A formal, celebratory evening with the home‑educated community

- Sales open late July for current HEWA members (via emailed access code)
- Sales open to non‑members two weeks later
💲 Ticket Prices (2026)
- $95 per graduate
- $80 per adult (maximum 2 adults)
- HEWA member discount: $90 per graduate and $75 per adult
