How to Connect to the Online AGM

This year the HEWA committee has added an online option to attend the AGM, so if you wanted to come but the travel was an issue, you can join us here via Teams.

  1. You can join a few minutes early, then the HEWA team will add you when the meeting commences
  2. You can attend in the browser or via the Teams app, if you have it installed.
  3. The audio will work best if you use headphones.
  4. You will need to give permission to Microsoft Teams to use your camera and microphone if you are attending using the browser.

Troubleshooting the Online AGM

If you have difficulties connecting, try the following:

  1. Check that teams is using the correct audio output
  2. Turn off your video if you have slow or jumpy connection.
  3. Close the current browser and try again.
  4. Restart your computer and try again.
  5. Email web@hbln.org if you have issues on the day.
