⭐It’s HEWA AGM time⭐
👉 The Home Based Learning Network of WA (HBLN), operating as Home Education WA (HEWA) invites you to our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
🎉HEWA is delighted to announce that 2024 is our 30th birthday. This means that HEWA volunteers have been supporting home-educating families in WA and advocating for our rights for 30 years! 👊
We would love to see you in person as we:
✅Go through what we have achieved over the last year
✅Vote in our new committee for the 2024/2025 year
✅Plan what we want to focus on over the next year
🤝All are are welcome, but you need to be a current HEWA member to be able to vote at the AGM.

Nominations
Nominations for committee positions (i.e. chairperson, treasurer, general committee) will need to be submitted by Sunday 12th May. You can submit a nomination here.
Nominations for non-committee positions will need to be submitted by Sunday 12th May. There is now a new category for those who wish to volunteer their skills / time to help the HEWA committee, without formally joining the committee. You can submit a nomination here.
Voting by Proxy
If you are not able to attend the meeting, you can choose a member of the committee to vote on your behalf. Proxy vote forms need to be returned by Sunday 12th May. You can allocate your proxy vote here.
