- This event is not a ‘drop off’ event. A parent or guardian needs to stay.
- Please note that there is limited space at the SERCUL venue: siblings who are not participants in this year group range, are NOT able to be accommodated.
- CLOSED SHOES MUST BE WORN
Content
River Food Web
- Learn about catchments, nutrients and algae
- Learn about how complex river and wetland ecosystems are.
- Learn how animals and plants interact with other animals in the system.
- Discover just how reliant animals and plants are on each other when an algal bloom occurs!
River Friendly cleaning
- Learn that there are alternatives to toxic cleaning products which are better for our health and the environment.
- Clean with these alternatives which were used by our great grandparents.
